Competitive Program

The Competitive Division at TDC is designed for dancers 6-years and older, and encompasses a program of multiple regular, weekly, classes. TDC offers 4 competitive teams – Mini, Junior, Intermediate and Senior. The teams are designed to make competitive dancers successful in their craft. This division is intended for dancers and families looking for an intensive regiment of training and for multiple stage opportunities and competitions in Edmonton and the surrounding area, including one out of town event. "I am incredibly grateful for the positive impact Taryn's Dance Company has had on both of my daughters. As my older daughter enters her fourth season with the studio, I've witnessed her growth not only as a dancer but also as a confident and resilient young person. The teachers at Taryn's Dance Company have created a nurturing and supportive environment that promotes mental health and well-being for all dancers. What truly warms my heart is seeing how much my youngest daughter adores the teachers. Their passion, patience, and dedication have ignited her love for dance, and she looks forward to every class with excitement. Taryn's Dance Company is more than just a dance studio; it's a place where my daughters have found a second family. The values and teachings instilled in them go beyond dance technique, fostering personal growth, self-confidence, and a strong sense of community. I couldn't be happier with the positive influence Taryn's Dance Company has had on my daughters' lives. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to any parent seeking a dance education that prioritizes mental health and empowers young dancers to flourish."
